PalawanPay SVIP and VIP ticket holders will have an exclusive Soundcheck Experience. They will also be allowed access to an air-conditioned tent on a first come, first served basis. PalawanPay SVIP ticket holders will also have the freedom to access all sections of the festival grounds.

The air-conditioned tent will only be able to accommodate 200 people at a time, 30 minutes per batch.

The Electric Fun Music Festival is an all-standing event. Seats will be provided for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

All sections are open to ages 10 and up. Minors ages 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult or guardian in the same section. A maximum ratio of 4 minors to 1 adult will be allowed. A waiver form needs to be signed upon entry.
